Before access begins
If a payment has not completed, no course access is granted and no fee should be treated as successfully collected.
Immediate access
Checkout asks separately for your express request to begin digital supply immediately and acknowledgement that this may affect the statutory cancellation right. A durable confirmation is emailed after payment.
Our additional 14-day promise
Contact us within 14 days of confirmed payment for a refund where no purchased level has been completed and no certificate has been issued. If a refund is made, the related access and any provisional verification record are withdrawn. Statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed content remain unaffected.

Use the support form and choose Billing or refund. Include the account email and order reference; never send bank credentials.
